They also said that white meat is healthier than dark meat. There is no bias or slant because it isn’t opinionated. The author’s viewpoint is that some meats can be good but others can be harmful and cause cancer. There is a little bit of conflicting evidence about eating meat, the author said don’t stop eating red meats but don’t eat it on a daily basis. White meats aren’t bad but some red meats can cause harm to your body. I would say this source is very reliable, because it is Harvard and that collage is very sophisticated.
